As the name of these tables suggest you cant play in them unless you buyin for at least 50 BB’s. So if you are for an example going to play 0.5/1 NL games in this type of table you will have to buyin for at least 50€ instead of the normal 20€.

At the moment the smallest stakes in which you can find these tables is 0.25/0.5€ and the biggest stakes you can find these tables at is 5/10€. However it wouldn't be shocking that if these tables prove to be popular they will also introduce them at the smaller and higher limits.
