While ago we published the news that Betsson is joining partically the Entraction poker network and now Betsson has made other somewhat big move in the poker market. They recently bought a Malta-based internet gaming company known best by the brand name "Betfriends". According to the Betsson they decided to by the company in order to boost their declining poker side. One might assume that this is not the last big move Betsson makes this year as far acquiring smaller gambling companies goes. After the news Betsson's share has been on a decline at the Stockholm Stock Exchange, however we doubt that it has much to do with the purchase and much more to do with general stock trend at the moment.
